Terms of Service
Article 1 (Application)
These terms set forth the conditions for the use of ReDelta M&A (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
Those who wish to register for use shall apply for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and registration shall be completed upon approval by the Company.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall properly manage their user ID and password at their own responsibility.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions related to criminal acts
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or networks
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services
- Actions that collect or accumulate personal information about other users
- Actions impersonating other users
- Other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if the Company determines that any of the following reasons exist.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties in relation to the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying users if deemed necessary.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
